The only reason I'm giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 is the pricing, which is higher than some competitors in the area. While you’ll receive a fantastic smoothie, be prepared to spend between $11 and $15, depending on your choices and customizations.

I didn't received the correct order and I was quick to say... read more This is my favorite smoothie place in all of Cleveland! I was disappointed on my last visit, thought. I didn't received the correct order and I was quick to say “Oh, this isn't what I ordered” and rather than making the change it was “Yeah, it was” and the other coworker stepped in to defend the person I was speaking with. I wasn't at all trying to be difficult, I thought it was an easy change and I was surprised at this response. Overall, it is still my favorite, but I don't believe that is the right kind of customer service.
