Was Dovie Kreiger at First Watch a mag?
This was our first time at this location. The staff and food are as great as the Macedonia and Cleveland Heights locations. Update 4-24-22. I don't know if reservations are now required for all First Watch locations or just the Pinecrest location, but in the last two weeks we had estimated wait times if one to one and a half hours. (Maybe because it's the weekend, but I seen the same number of people on weekdays). I... View all feedback.
What Troy Nolan dislikes about First Watch:
I felt like I was treated poorly and had to wait nearly two hours for service at this restaurant. Other customers who arrived after us were served their food and finished eating before we were even attended to, despite ordering our meals first. The overall service was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this establishment. View all feedback.
I am typically a fan of First Watch, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered the Cobb salad with romaine lettuce only, but the salad was wilted, brown, and old. I didn't eat much of it and ended up wasting both the salad and my money.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The breakfast was basic but delicious, with each ingredient standing out in every bite.

The chef was lazy with the irons. it is easy to mix and then cook. Instead, the cook started to cook the eggs sunny and then to mix. if the waffle house can handle it, a finer establishment should insist. the rest of the meal was good and our waitress was professional. note: on the photo I added ketchup to the eggs so I could eat them.
