Lots of tv’s to watch the games and the food was fresh and hot. Large food menu with great selections. Good happy hour offeringsalso. I will say there is a uniformed cop that arrives at 6 PM everyday for security reasons at this location. I was there on aMonday evening and there where no issues. Would go back again!

Literally every single night my group went there iss... read more Worst BJs I’ve ever eaten at. I came in to Cleveland on a business trip and got vouchers for this location. Literally every single night my group went there issues with orders. I ordered a steak medium, it came back well done, so I asked for it to beremade. The piece of meat that they sent out next was absolutely disgusting. Basically raw. It looked like something they hadseared and stuck in a tray to finish cooking later. The pic I’m posting is of the BOTTOM of the steak. It was completelyuncooked, and whatever a-hole that plated it, plated it raw side down so you wouldn’t notice immediately. We figured out onday two or three that the only safe orders were basically pizza and flatbread, and stuck to that for the rest of ourvouchers. If you value your digestive health, do not eat here. Other than that, the waitstaff was pretty good. I could tell theywere annoyed with the voucher process, but that’s a management/business issue not theirs.

I also had a lime margarita, which was slight... read more First time visiting Bj’s Brewhouse, I tried the fish and chips, and it was absolutely delicious—kudos to the chef! I also had a lime margarita, which was slightly watered down but still okay. Practice makes perfect! Overall, my experience was excellent, and the waiter provided outstanding service. I will definitely be back. Enjoy and stay hungry, friends!

We ordered a flight of margaritas, but the spicy one was too strong for my older mother and aunt. When we asked to replace it with a regular margarita, the manager refused, saying we had to order an entirely new margarita flight. After spending $190, they couldn’t or wouldn’t swap out a single 3-ounce drink from the 4-drink flight. This will be our last visit to this poorly managed restaurant, BJ’s. They should rename it B.S. The customer service was terrible, although the waitress was nice.

I ordered a well-done steak but had to send it back. My friend asked for medium, but theirs came out well done as well. They took it back and cooked it even more? This ended up ruining our lunch together. However, the manager was very helpful during our visit. I won’t let this experience stop me from coming back because the atmosphere is great.
