Our family has been serving hand-crafted Italian food in Ogunquit Maine for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on using only the finest imported olive oils, select tomatoes from California, and fresh native seafood. Our chefs receive daily deliveries of greens, herbs, and vegetables to ensure the freshest ingredients. We offer healthy options by not using salt or preservatives in our Italian recipes. Located in a restored 1850 farm house with wide beams and pumpkin pine hardwood floors, we have several small dining rooms and two larger rooms. Visit our espresso bar for a variety of beverages, including full liquor and local beers on tap. Sample small plates of our gourmet dishes and watch a big game on our flat screen TV while cozying up to our working fireplace.

Feedback
Roberto's restaurant seems to be experiencing a decline in various aspects compared to its previous standards. While some diners were disappointed with the food quality and service, others had a pleasant experience with good food and prompt service. The ambiance and professionalism of staff were noted as areas that need improvement. Despite mixed reviews, the restaurant still offers great dishes like swordfish, veal Osobuco, guacamole, and tacos. However, some incidents of unprofessional behavior from the owner and servers were reported, impacting the overall dining experience. It appears that the restaurant is currently facing challenges that may be affecting the quality of service provided.
The waitress came out twice to inform us that our food would be ready soon. The second time, she mentioned it would be out in 2 minutes. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went to the front and asked the owner if there was a problem with our food. She went to check and it arrived 5 minutes later. We only saw the waitress one more time when she brought us the check. The owner did not stop by to see if everything was okay. When I requested for our drinks to be comped due to the food delay, the owner flatly refused and even insulted me. The food was overpriced and mediocre. The service was terrible, and the owner was rude. There are much better dining options in Ogunquit, and I will not waste another 2 hours of my life at this restaurant. I tried to give it a rating of 0, but the system would not allow it, so it receives 1 star, which it does not deserve.
We had a reservation, we got there and there was a line of people waiting to get in. Nobody ever came over to check anyone in, someone in line said it had been almost 30 minutes since anyone had come over. The line was out the door and it was clear nobody was coming to help anyone so we left.
Food was excellent but the location has some challenges given the limited parking and seating space inside. Despite having reservations there was a wait for the table and when they brought us over to our table the previous guests were still sitting there because they are so quick to try and turn tables. I feel like they overbook for their capacity and it takes what should be a five star experience and takes it down to 4.
Fabulous dinner!! Love this restaurant. Great service, delicious food. Never disappoints
