Nobody ever came over to check anyone in, someone in line said it had been almost 30 minutes since anyone had come over. The line was out the door and it was clear nobody was coming to help anyone so we left.

Despite having reservations there was a wait for the table and when they brought us over to our table the previous guests were still sitting there because they are so quick to try and turn tables. I feel like they overbook for their capacity and it takes what should be a five star experience and takes it down to 4.

After waiting for 5 min... read more The waitress came out twice to inform us that our food would be ready soon. The second time, she mentioned it would be out in 2 minutes. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went to the front and asked the owner if there was a problem with our food. She went to check and it arrived 5 minutes later. We only saw the waitress one more time when she brought us the check. The owner did not stop by to see if everything was okay. When I requested for our drinks to be comped due to the food delay, the owner flatly refused and even insulted me. The food was overpriced and mediocre. The service was terrible, and the owner was rude. There are much better dining options in Ogunquit, and I will not waste another 2 hours of my life at this restaurant. I tried to give it a rating of 0, but the system would not allow it, so it receives 1 star, which it does not deserve.
