On one occasion, I asked for extra pickles, only to receive my order without any pickles at all. They also forgot my pies and fries from the combo. When I went back inside to address the issue, I found out they were out of pickles. If I'd known that, I would have gone somewhere else. Overall, this place is a nightmare!

If you ask for extra bacon, don’t be surprised if you don’t get any at all. We spent $45 on food and still didn’t get everything we paid for. This place has really gone downhill. I've also noticed that they don’t wash their hands after coming back from break, which is quite off-putting!

This meant we were charged... read more The food was good, but we unfortunately got overcharged. When we asked for the "2 for $5" deal, the cashier only processed one order. This meant we were charged the full price for one item and then had the second one added on a separate receipt, also at full price, which ended up being more like "2 for $7." Regrettably, we didn't notice the error until we had already left, so we were unable to address it.
