The food is consistently fresh when I visit in the morning after work, and the staff are typically very polite and helpful.
I've recently started visiting Hardee's for their pies, but there's always a wait. On one occasion, I asked for extra pickles, only to receive my order without any pickles at all. They also forgot my pies and fries from the combo. When I went back inside to address the issue, I found out they were out of pickles. If I'd known that, I would have gone somewhere else. Overall, this place is a nightmare!
I ordered a Frisco Breakfast sandwich, but the ham was cold and the bread wasn't toasted at all. For $7, it should have been at least warm. This place has really declined.
We often find ourselves waiting in our car for our food, and we rarely receive what we actually ordered. If you ask for extra bacon, don’t be surprised if you don’t get any at all. We spent $45 on food and still didn’t get everything we paid for. This place has really gone downhill. I've also noticed that they don’t wash their hands after coming back from break, which is quite off-putting!
The food was good, but we unfortunately got overcharged. When we asked for the "2 for $5" deal, the cashier only processed one order. This meant we were charged the full price for one item and then had the second one added on a separate receipt, also at full price, which ended up being more like "2 for $7." Regrettably, we didn't notice the error until we had already left, so we were unable to address it.

The food and service are excellent. Occasionally, there may be a bit of a wait at the drive-thru, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's definitely one of the cleanest restaurants you’ll find.
The service was outstanding, and the food was top-notch. I had a Hardee's breakfast featuring fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The biscuit, as usual, was excellent.

I only tried a burger, but it was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
I used to love Hardee's, but I've been consistently let down by the quality of the food. I tried the new Prime Rib Cheddar Angus burger, and it turned out to be the smallest burger patty with just a little bit of prime rib and a tiny squirt of cheese—basically all bun. If it weren't for that little bit of cheese, it would have been completely dry. Almost everything I've ordered during my recent visits has been equally disappointing. They would get one star if it weren't for the good customer service provided by the cashiers.
