About 90% of the time when I use the drive-thru, an entire item is missing or they forg... read more First of all, my order is only correct when I eat inside the restaurant. About 90% of the time when I use the drive-thru, an entire item is missing or they forget to include my requested changes. Also, during these COVID-19 times, I noticed a blonde employee wearing her surgical mask below her chin, another on the assembly line with the mask hanging from one ear, and two others not wearing masks at all. As a nurse, I have to wear an N95 mask for my entire 12-hour shift, so the least they could do is follow safety protocols during their 8-hour fast food shifts.

If you ask for extra bacon, don’t be surprised if you don’t get any at all. We spent $45 on food and still didn’t get everything we paid for. This place has really gone downhill. I've also noticed that they don’t wash their hands after coming back from break, which is quite off-putting!

This meant we were charged the full price for one item and then had the second one added on a separate receipt, also at full price, which ended up being more like "2 for $7." Regrettably, we didn't notice the error until we had already left, so we were unable to address it.

On one occasion, I asked for extra pickles, only to receive my order without any pickles at all. They also forgot my pies and fries from the combo. When I went back inside to address the issue, I found out they were out of pickles. If I'd known that, I would have gone somewhere else. Overall, this place is a nightmare!
