The food service was subpar, with a cold baked potato and a missing roast beef sandwich. Wish I could do 0 stars. Wait was too long. Customer service was lacking. Employees knew the drink machines were messed up but didnt tell anyone. Let 10+ people... read more Wish I could do 0 stars. Wait was too long. Customer service was lacking. Employees knew the drink machines were messed up but didnt tell anyone. Let 10+ people in lobby order drinks that couldnt be filled. Then were rude when some asked for a refund. Weordered shakes and waited 30 mins on them while they held my food and didnt tell me what was going on. When I finally asked whatwas going on I was told the machine ran out of mix and they were waiting for more to freeze and it would take 20 more minutes.So I got a refund. The chicken from long johns has been refried or something as well, was gross. We dont live close but weretraveling through for ball games. They should have remained closed if staffing was an issue. It didnt seem like an issue whilewe were there. I saw around 6 people working.
