He even argued with me about the pronunciation of my own name, which was very unprofessional. I was polite throughout the interaction, but this isn't the first time I've experienced rudeness from the staff at this location.

However, I want to take a moment to highlight Kelsey, who I've noticed handling the lunch rush on her own several times. She is always incredibly positive and friendly, and she does an excellent job managing customers, the register, and mobile orders.
