Unfortunately, the lettuce was not fresh, and some pieces were quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were no napkins in the dispensers, and the tables were dirty. They definitely need to improve their standards!

Both the restaurant and restrooms are clean. Ryan entertained us with engaging conversation and laughter, which really brightened our day. Thank you!

My mom walks with a cane and is doing her best to pay and get her drink. At Panera, no one ever bats an eye at her pace. Her favorite places are Panera, Starbucks, and Outback, but Panera stands out for its exceptional patience and cheerful atmosphere. The manager even took the time to chat with her as we were leaving, mentioning how good the French onion soup is. She absolutely loves French onion soup! You all are doing such a fantastic job! I wish you would offer a senior special or an early bird special so everyone can take their time without feeling judged. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Whether I’m ordering to go or dining in, the staff’s attitude greatly influences my meal, and this place definitely delivers a positive experience. I visited on both a Saturday and a busy Monday evening. One of the highlights was how neatly my sandwich was prepared—it looked great with no lettuce or tomato spilling out.
