Wendy's - Olive Branch

The Wendy's location in Olive Branch is an excellent spot to grab a meal. The food was served hot and tasted great, and the customer service was outstanding!

My experience was terrible. It seemed like there were a lot of high school kids working there. The girl at the window sounded completely uninterested when taking my order, as if she didn't want to be there at all. The fries I received were extremely hard, and on top of that, she mentioned that their receipt machine was out of paper. Fortunately, I was on my way to work and couldn't go back, but I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

The food was ok but Dave's single meal was not hot fresh as it usually is. The chocolate shake was great!!!

They were a bit slow, but I won't hold that against them since it seemed like there were only three people working the shifts. The young man handling the drive-thru orders was hustling between the payment window and the food window! Kudos to him for doing an excellent job! They all wore their masks correctly, not letting them slip below their noses. The food was hot and fresh! Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you!
