Bo... read more I’m always welcomed with smiles and excellent customer service. The food has consistently been fresh and served hot during every visit. I have no complaints! Both the restaurant and restrooms are clean. Ryan entertained us with engaging conversation and laughter, which really brightened our day. Thank you!

My mom walks with a cane and is doing her best to pay and get her drink. At Panera, no one ever bats an eye at her pace. Her favorite places are Panera, Starbucks, and Outback, but Panera stands out for its exceptional patience and cheerful atmosphere. The manager even took the time to chat with her as we were leaving, mentioning how good the French onion soup is. She absolutely loves French onion soup! You all are doing such a fantastic job! I wish you would offer a senior special or an early bird special so everyone can take their time without feeling judged. Thank you for your wonderful service!
