Incredibly friendly staff and outstanding selection of flavors for ice cream. Prices are a little higher than competitors though.
The ice cream at Twist Shake was delicious, and the chicken tenders were also very tasty. However, the iced tea was awful and completely undrinkable—I had to throw it away. The rest of the menu, though, showed great promise.

Delicious ice cream ? fast, friendly service! And so many options
Visited from out of town. They had 3 vegan friendly options. Tried the Dairy free Blueberry Pancake ice cream and it was amazing. My kids enjoyed playing on the wooden train and playset. Just wish there was a public bathroom onsite for guests. My 4 year old had to go to the bathroom and we had to sadly leave to go to a store nearby (which included buckling two children into their car seats) just so she wouldn't pee herself. I was later told by a family member that they do have bathrooms but have kept them locked for employees only since covid.
My daughter walks over with this ENORMOUS soft serve, and I say, Damn, did u get an XXL? And she says, This is a medium! !!!!!! Huge soft serve portions.I ordered a medium Praline Carmel (regular ice cream scoops) and was very pleased with the quality of the ice cream.My son ordered a chocolate milkshake. He said it was good, but he 's had better. The total order was under 14$! Which I feel is a good price these days.Looks like they have burgers and fries (an assortment of fried foods). My daughter says their fried chicken sandwiches are really amazing.
The Italian ice here is truly delicious. It is somewhat pricey, but I would absolutely return.
I absolutely love this spot! The ice cream is consistently amazing, and there's always great music playing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The service is quick, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Plus, they feature a new sundae special each week!

Twist Shake offers a friendly and patient staff, delicious ice cream, and tasty food. While the menu is slightly on the pricier side for the area, the unbeatable addition of free yard games like volleyball, football, cornhole, and soccer with small nets makes it well worth a visit. Plus, there are plenty of shaded tables to enjoy your meal comfortably.
Generous portion sizes—what they call small is larger than most other places' largest. Friendly staff and incredibly fast service; even with a line, you’ll never wait more than 10 minutes for your ice cream. Definitely the best spot in the area.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. I tried the onion rings for the first time, and they were so fantastic that I could happily eat them alone.
We've visited this restaurant three times now, and each experience has been a delightful surprise. We discovered this gem by chance, but it’s no accident that we return whenever we're in Olean. The food is incredible! This has become my favorite place to dine in Olean!
Twist n Shake is an incredible ice cream shop with a warm and friendly staff. They graciously prepared a special cheesecake sundae for me, which wasn't even listed on the menu. A big thank you to the young lady who made it! My friend also loved her sundae.
