Fast forward 25 minutes an... read more We went for dinner last night. We placed our order including salad, appetizer, and steaks. We received our drinks in a timely manner. Fast forward 25 minutes and our steaks come out. No salad, no appetizer, I questioned if we were supposed to eat cold food because we prefer to eat our salad and appetizer before the main course. The manager came over and said that she would provide our service from there out. She got our salad and an appetizer platter. A few minutes later she comes back to tell us that she gave us someone else's appetizer platter and she will get ours. She then brings ours out a few minutes later minus the Bleu cheese that was ordered so again we wait while she goes to get it. She assured us that our steaks were being remade. Our steaks finally arrive. They are room temperature at best. The mashed potatoes were so cold they didn't even melt the butter that my husband asked for. It was freezing inside and we and other customers had to ask for heat to be turned on.The bill arrived and of course I again told the manager that this Applebee's is awful and needs some management changes in order to get things right. If we are going to pay full price the least your restaurant could do is get the order correct! I would not recommend this Applebee's!!

The dinner was enjoyable, and they offer some appealing specials. However, the menu feels a bit limited. The service is excellent, but I have noticed that sometimes my steak is either overcooked or undercooked. I believe there's a perfect balance between the two that could be achieved.

We ordered the food and we're given a time if 20 minutes for our food to be prepared. We parked in the to go parking right at 20 minutes. The food came out and I must say the gentleman that brought it out was great, a very nice guy. We at in our vehicle in the parking lot. The food was perfectly cooked and tasted great. A really good meal after a long day. Kudos to the cooks and staff. I'll happily eat in your parking lot again.

Don’t forget to get extra dumpling sauce; it really enhances the flavor. However, the Oreo Cookie Shake is a bit disappointing for $5.50—it's quite small, almost toddler-sized. Other than that, this is my favorite bar and grill!

The broccoli portion was small, overcooked, and some pieces were brown. However, the garlicky green beans were decent. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. My meal cost around $23, and they added a $3.99 delivery fee, while DoorDash tacked on another $3.51. I tipped the driver $7.50, and with sales tax, my total came to over $40. I won't be ordering from Applebee’s again, and I’m considering stopping my use of DoorDash as well. I don’t mind tipping the driver, though.

I finally decided to place an order again, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I didn't receive my full order, and my boyfriend ended up with the wrong meal. I called to request a refund since I didn't even get half of what I ordered, but they only offered me a $10 credit for our next visit. It's really frustrating, and it feels like we've wasted our money. We probably won't be returning anytime soon.
