They refused to serve a drink with someone I was with because the side of the ID was just a tad lifted. It was stupid, won’t go back. You can scan it and know it’s real. I love Applebees and Olean New York! Great staff, great food! What more can he ask
The dinner was enjoyable, and they offer some appealing specials. However, the menu feels a bit limited. It was great to get out and savor a good steak.
I sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience. The bartender was excellent, the beer was nice and cold, and the food was delicious.
Overall, it's a spacious restaurant with a genuinely dedicated team. The service is excellent, but I have noticed that sometimes my steak is either overcooked or undercooked. I believe there's a perfect balance between the two that could be achieved.
While practicing social distancing we decided to give Applebee's a try during a trip to a strawberry field. We ordered the food and we're given a time if 20 minutes for our food to be prepared. We parked in the to go parking right at 20 minutes. The food came out and I must say the gentleman that brought it out was great, a very nice guy. We at in our vehicle in the parking lot. The food was perfectly cooked and tasted great. A really good meal after a long day. Kudos to the cooks and staff. I'll happily eat in your parking lot again.

There was literally no potatoes in this order and the steak was tiny. I can include pictures if needed. WORST order ever for 80 dollars!!!!!!
The Chicken Wonton Tacos are excellent as always! If you prefer them not to be soggy, I recommend ordering the coleslaw on the side and asking for extra dumpling sauce.
I ordered a medium steak, but it was overcooked and dry, so I ended up giving it to my dog. The broccoli portion was small, overcooked, and some pieces were brown. However, the garlicky green beans were decent. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. My meal cost around $23, and they added a $3.99 delivery fee, while DoorDash tacked on another $3.51. I tipped the driver $7.50, and with sales tax, my total came to over $40. I won't be ordering from Applebee’s again, and I’m considering stopping my use of DoorDash as well. I don’t mind tipping the driver, though.
Won ton tacos were completely inedible, obviously made before the rest of the meal that was still hot. Chicken was moist but rub was burnt so tasted scorched. Onion rings again obviously made before the meal, completely cold and chewy. Ridiculous
The Chicken Wonton Tacos are amazing—I highly recommend them! I suggest ordering two because they are that delicious. Don’t forget to get extra dumpling sauce; it really enhances the flavor. However, the Oreo Cookie Shake is a bit disappointing for $5.50—it's quite small, almost toddler-sized. Other than that, this is my favorite bar and grill!

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but I haven't ordered from them in a few months. I finally decided to place an order again, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I didn't receive my full order, and my boyfriend ended up with the wrong meal. I called to request a refund since I didn't even get half of what I ordered, but they only offered me a $10 credit for our next visit. It's really frustrating, and it feels like we've wasted our money. We probably won't be returning anytime soon.
