We went for dinner last night. We placed our order including salad, appetizer, and steaks. We received our drinks in a timely manner. Fast forward 25 minutes an... read more We went for dinner last night. We placed our order including salad, appetizer, and steaks. We received our drinks in a timely manner. Fast forward 25 minutes and our steaks come out. No salad, no appetizer, I questioned if we were supposed to eat cold food because we prefer to eat our salad and appetizer before the main course. The manager came over and said that she would provide our service from there out. She got our salad and an appetizer platter. A few minutes later she comes back to tell us that she gave us someone else's appetizer platter and she will get ours. She then brings ours out a few minutes later minus the Bleu cheese that was ordered so again we wait while she goes to get it. She assured us that our steaks were being remade. Our steaks finally arrive. They are room temperature at best. The mashed potatoes were so cold they didn't even melt the butter that my husband asked for. It was freezing inside and we and other customers had to ask for heat to be turned on.The bill arrived and of course I again told the manager that this Applebee's is awful and needs some management changes in order to get things right. If we are going to pay full price the least your restaurant could do is get the order correct! I would not recommend this Applebee's!!
