Despite making reservations in advance, she did not allow us to sit in the area we requested, even though she admitted that the reservations were for another room. We were also denied seating in the advertised brick room upstairs, as someone else had a reservation for that space as well. The manager did not effectively coordinate for a satisfactory customer experience. I had to remind our server to clear our dirty plates, and she failed to inquire about our dietary restrictions before serving us bread, causing issues for those of us who are gluten intolerant. The portions were small for the high prices - we spent nearly $50 on just two dishes, one of which was a salad. The restaurant itself had a cafeteria-like appearance with a bar, and the staff did not seem very attentive or caring towards customers. When we requested to speak to the manager, she only came over after we indicated that we were leaving due to the long wait. Overall, this restaurant is overpriced and lacking in quality service. It does not live up to the standards of a reputable establishment and should consider closing down. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
