Billy went out of his way to cater a family memorial service for us. All of the food was absolutely delicious appetizers, pastas, chicken, eggplant and cannoli (all of the Italian relatives loved it) and he delivered everything to the camp that wehad rented. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Billy is the owner, and he manages everything with a smile. The food is exceptional, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is a beloved staple in the local community. It tends to get quite busy, so it's a good idea to make a reservation or opt for takeout. The portions are generous, and the Italian cuisine is outstanding. The prices are also quite reasonable. You won't be disappointed!
Making reservations is highly recommended. We choose 4:30 PM. Our meals started with homemade hot bread loaves salads. The homemade Alfredo sauce on my pasta was absolutely delicious!! I ordered cannoli's for my dessert. I was expecting 1 and receiveda plate of 2. They were equally delicious! The background music of Frank Sinatra style music was prefect! Highly recommend!!
The wait for our meals was brief, and we certainly didn't have to wait long at all. Our dishes were exceptionally well-prepared and well-seasoned, with everything being fresh and hot, perfectly cooked from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed by the two young chefs and their skills. I ordered the Cajun pasta dish, which I highly recommend, and my wife enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, which was equally delicious. The venue itself is smaller and cozy, creating a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for dining. In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best dinner spots in town. We will definitely be returning for many years to come!
If you enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, Billy's is the place to go! Located on Main Street in Old Forge, this small and cozy restaurant stands out among the best. I typically judge Italian food based on the sauce and meatballs, and I must say both were outstanding! The "Hats" with broccoli, featuring handmade pasta, was rustic and delicious. Other dishes like chicken parmesan, manicotti, and vodka riggies were equally impressive. The atmosphere felt like a cozy Sunday dinner at your mother-in-law’s house, and we absolutely loved it! I didn't have high expectations for a tourist town, but Billy's truly delivers! Reservations are a must as the dining area is small. Don't even think about other options in town—this is the place to be!
