The boss Erhard takes time for his customers and talks to his guests about God and the world, just as it should be. You feel good. The food, whether Asian or German, is handmade. Love and experience flow here. We had two great Thai starters (chicken skewers and, um, something else great 3+4), where we even made the sauces ourselves. It doesn't sound so great now, but it was. The main course was duck, which was sensationally juicy. The chef told us that they don't dry-fry breasts, but use specially prepared legs, which provide a much better flavor. Learned something again. This is how you learn to love cooking. Keep it up.
