I felt the need to express my concerns about our expe... read more As we wrapped up our meal, we were informed that the bill was on its way, which was the last straw for me. I felt the need to express my concerns about our experience. Samantha, who seemed a bit overwhelmed, was sympathetic but not surprised to hear about the poor quality of the food. After discussing the issues, she offered us a discount on our drinks, but unfortunately, she couldn’t provide any compensation for the meal itself. I also pointed out that our table hadn't been cleared throughout our visit, and it seemed like several other guests were looking to use the nearby clearing area. I understand that these are challenging times for restaurants, but if you’re going to charge a hefty $43 (which includes an 18% service fee), you should at least deliver better food and be honest with customers about what they can expect. It’s frustrating to feel taken advantage of. I would recommend not wasting your money at what used to be a great dining experience; it was disappointingly lacking. Addie Max

The service left a lo... read more For dessert, they served only one cheesecake, and we barely managed to get a slice since we had to be quick. The coffee was terrible, too. The service left a lot to be desired; our food server seemed indifferent, and we frequently had to hunt someone down for drinks. At times, we ended up going to the bar ourselves just to grab our own beverages. We visited to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was a very disappointing experience overall. To be honest, we would have had a better time sitting by the riverbank. I wouldn't recommend this place for a special occasion!
