What's Cookin At Casey's - Oakmont

The eggs Benedict is amazing. I had them two days in a row. The Hollandaise sauce about it is excellent. Potatoes are well seasoned and a very filling side made for food. The coffee is not great, which is the only reason for the 4.5 instead of 5 stars.

Good food bad service. I have always loved the Chicken Cacciatore here, and the steak salad with roasted potatoes. Also their lasagne is very good. But the service has always been disappointing, and given the other reports of rudeness by the staff, that's enough to keep me from going back again.

The decor is tacky knickknacks. The service sometimes slow. But the staff are friendly, the coffee hot, and that omelette with the hot sausage (I always forget its name) keeps me coming back.

Good lunch. I often eat lunch here. The food is generally not gourmet), reasonable and fast. I usually have a soup/sand, the combo or the daily special. The service is average.

Good food. Great food and good portions, our waitress was friendly, fast and efficient. We met the owner and she was nice. We will return for more food
