I've been a gold member for years and I don't see that. Love the coffee list, the product knowledge, the connector, drinking make performance, the fast service and the munchables! Yum. Starbucks is my escape, meeting place, writing place.

I must say this location has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I come before work and always command, even if there is a white moca latte venti hot out. I'm always greeted with a smile. Yesterday they were more busy in the past, so I had to wait a few minutes in the ride. The girl gave me a free drink card next time. I was impressed. I have to give credit where it's due. Hats to this place. Thank you for always my morning and the free cup of coffee I have this morning!!
