First time visiting and we had a warm welcome, lovely authentic Irish pub. Food was excellent, portions are big! Good options for different tastes and dietary requirements. Popped in and got seated in bar promptly. Basic pub grub menu but portions very generous. Prawn cocktail was great. Lasagne came with garlic bread And a side of choice of potatoes….Would have preferred a choice of Sunday Roasts only Beef option and No vegetarian option eg nut roast (just veg). Staff were excellent checking we had drinks, food was okay etc. View all feedback.
We had another fantastic meal at this restaurant! It is definitely worth the trip. The staff are very friendly and efficient, always making time for a chat and making us feel welcome. The prices are great and the portions are generous. We have tried three different items from the menu so far and they were all excellent. We appreciated the small cup of soup and wheaten bread to start. The chef deserves lots of praise. The atmosphere is cozy and overall we had a wonderful experience. We would give it a 10/10 recommendation. Ivan and Amy are such a credit to the place, they work so hard. Thank you for another lovely night.
Had an amazing night, food was fabulous, we were all stuffed, it was hot and enormous portions. Service was fantastic, best place in Bangor!
Fabulous Food enjoyed in a Griendly atmosphere. Very Friendly Staff and a Menu that leaves you spoiled for choice. Our new favourite spot to dine in.
I thoroughly enjoyed a Roast Dinner. My friend loved her Pasta dish with a creamy cheese sauce. The chef was kept very busy as they were packed. The service was exceptional without being over attentive. We finished off with s delicious Capuccino. Would not hesitate to return.
Iam leaving a 6 star review if i could , it was just perfect the food was on a next level for a pub , the cook is really damn good I had the seabrass and my god… The wiskey was also very nice that ive got Greetings , from the people of limburg (holland)
