The food and service are both consistently amazing... read more Bangla is one of my favourite restaurants, and my favourite Indian restaurant in Northern Ireland definitely. The food and service are both consistently amazing every time I visit. There is always a great atmosphere, it is well priced, very clean, hygienic and a well set up restaurant. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Indian food!

Not blaming the girl who answered but overall impression was totally unprofessional. Constant loud laughing and chatter causing girl to laugh made it seem like they were all taking the mick. I actually had to ask if she was even talking to me. Ordered a couple of meals at 10£ each, asked for some kebab meat for my 2 German shepherds, 'was told they wouldn 't just do meat! Everywhere else is happy to help in any way in they can but disgusted there was no attempt made to provide customer satisfaction from owners/chef. Got it delivered 'only to find they had charged us 10£ for a kebab (with no sauce or dressing) as a replacement for simply a few slices/portion of kebab meat.
