Our visit to the restaurant today was quite disappointing. We had to cut our meal short and take a young child to the nearest pub to use the restroom because one of the toilets was out of order and the rest were inexplicably locked. We were frustrated and would have chosen a different place to dine if we had known about the restroom situation beforehand.
KFC is a popular fast food restaurant known for their tasty chicken dishes. My favorite item on the menu is their zinger burgers, which have a satisfying spicy flavor. The only downside of my experience was the unfriendly staff, especially the woman who attended to me. I felt like she was disinterested and lacked good customer service skills, which is important to me when dining out.
I took my children to this restaurant and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the food was served hot, and my kids loved it. The location is perfect, right on the main street.
Quality is average, but it is better then the other KFC in the town. Is convenient in the towns high street, of which you can drive down after 4pm (pedestrian only before this). It has external entry, so although part of green lanes shopping centre, you can still gain entry once it is closed.
When I got home the order was not complete, I drove back to tell them, that we only had the chicken, chips and sides in the bag, the missing items, which were, hot wings, large popcorn and chicken fillets, they said that they were in the bag, I said they were not, and would hardly bother going back up if they were in the bag, they did give the. To us grudgingly but made me feel so embarrassed as it was obvious to me and the other customers in the restaurant they they didn’t believe me, never in my life have I made out something is missing when it isn’t, when I asked where the manager was not one of them looked at me or even acknowledged that there was a manager, my daughter said come on mum don’t bother, but I feel so angry that I was made to feel like I was a cheat. Disgusting customer service. But the food was good in the end, but I’m still feeling angry and upset
