Honestly this Costa has the friendliest staff! Always a pleasure to visit this shop, great location by the train station, easy access to buses and within walking distance to the town. allergic reaction!!! i ordered a bacon bap! sausage came, wrongly i didn’t check my order! i instantly had an allergic reaction! and am currently at north devon district hospital! i called the shop and explained and the girl put the phone down on me after talking to me extremely rude. i’m shocked!! i also tried contacting costa every other way! conveniently they have know head office phone number in use!. know other... Never miss out, outstanding service the best coffee ever
That's my local costa, I'm going there all the time. the drink palette is very large, they offer milk alternatives for people who cannot drink cow milk, or people who prefer something else. the foods are amazing, I recommend the shin and speck grilled sandwich (heated). her caffe is always very busy so if she in a hurry, I would press to the costa just around the corner or order before using the app.
Service was exceptional. ordering was received with exactly what we demanded within about 1 minute. impressed to get an extra hot latte, exactly what we asked. standard costa snacks available. very beautiful Belgian chocolate frozen and muffin! Parking/parking area next to the caffe, with free parking. very practical. not far from a main road that is good when traveling through barnstaple. very recommended, good experience.
Brilliant customer service, friendly and efficient staff, although there was a long wait. they are very good and my drink was delicious!
Good coffee shop. Possible to park here and is particularly good for meeting friends without going into town. Coffee is good too.
