The best meal out for as long as we can remember and the section manager called I believe Anna was on the ball and the whole place ran (and the other areas) like clockwork! I know this hotel caters for a lot but deliver this quality on such a huge level is impressive. Well done to all the staff you deserve praise

We had eaten there before, but this time was truly exceptio... read more My partner and I went to Brasserie restaurant last Wednesday evening for the first time since Covid. We had eaten there before, but this time was truly exceptional. The menu had a great variety, the tables were well spread out even though the restaurant was busy, and the food was outstanding. The waitstaff were also very efficient and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
