Sonic Drive-in - Norman

Surprise an ice water was $0.50 not on the menu. later returned - I have cream cone great and my car hop was great. (do not ask for a water)

The food is great. Ashley's service sucked! (The receipt said Ashley.. She was tallish with dark hair and glasses) She was extremely rude! She was in such a hurry to get away from our car she didn't give us a chance to tip then when we asked for napkins she came back out huffy with an attitude. Again guys the food great as always it was her that left a bad taste in our mouth.

I LOOOVE sonic! The best fries, chedd r peppers, and burgers. BUT I went in on Halloween for .50 corn dogs and they were the worst! They weren't cooked all the way thru so when my family and I bit into them, we got bites full of doughy batter, I had to throw them in the air fryer for 5 more minutes! They shorted us an order of fries and a corn dog so one of us (me) didn't get a meal. The service was good and quick but I guess it will be quick when the food isn't cooked all the way. I understand that it was busy, but please be more careful, people can get sick.

Came through today at 9:30, didn’t get her name as she took the receipt but came through the drive thru, the lady taking the order was hostile and cut me off mid order to tell me the total, she got frustrated when i said i was not finished ordering. when i pulled up to the window, she gave us the wrong order and slammed the window when i said excuse me this is not what we ordered. eventually after waving down another employee, the manager fixed it but sonic do better, don’t work customer service if you don’t like interacting with people.

This place is amazing. I couldn't stay away when I was there last year. the personal was nice and the eating was phenomenal. they have made a Scottish man happy, I will visit again this year.
