Chelinos Mexican - Norman

We have a lot of paintings here and especially the chelino over okc area. this place is really great, but not so much today. we have always ordered the quesabirria tacos and today came the soggy, not crispy and 3 pieces meat. now we understand the prices and such as rise, but do not hold them back to the customers. the incubating broth had flown down and had not had the good chili look. my wife and I make this meal so we understand how the process works and it is long. we will try again, but hopefully the management sees this and makes improvements.

This was my first visit to this chelinos location and I had a fantastic experience. I came pretty close to the closure and the staff made a great work to receive me. eating came hot and fresh and the customer service was top notch. I recommend this chelinos location in norman.

Was on a weekend trip and looking for Mexican food for dinner. determined to this place, and was not disappointed. our waiter greg, was so friendly and was very helpful in deciding what to order. was sitting just before. husband ordered fajita sampler, which was amazing!

The setup is always on the point and the way the serve a tecate perfection. and don't let me start on the amazing tasting fajitas. love love this place.

I was over charged on my visit on 2/26/20 by $40, the food, tax and tip was $31 but they charged $71. I visited the restaurant twice and called twice to be given the run around. The first call, the owner answered and said he would take care of it but I’ve wasted more time trying to make this right than i think is reasonable. I am writing this review after the making my final try and the person at the register telling me to wait 20-30 mins and he would look into it and walks away and had an indifferent attitude.
