They charged us for the sauce but did not give it to us. We asked for it to confirm and it turned out to be a 20 cent sauce! This is the only place where we have experienced this issue. It is absurd. View all feedback.
I have been having an issue with this restaurant for some time now. Today, I ordered a number 2a, which consisted of a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. Unfortunately, when I got back to work and opened my bag, I discovered they had given me a crispy chicken sandwich instead. Despite repeating my order multiple times to ensure it was correct, there was a communication issue with the foreign worker taking my order. While I have no problem with foreign workers, it can be frustrating when there is a language barrier. This has happened before and it is becoming increasingly frustrating to have to work so hard just to place an order. I believe that if someone is going to work in customer service, they should be proficient in taking orders correctly. Overall, I have had enough of this restaurant and will not be returning.
It was okay but my sandwich had the salad knot in it.
Went through the drive thru order drink and food! Gave them cash and the manager walked away as I was waiting for my change! Went back a week later and order Mc Muffin combo and told them I have a receipt for a free Mc Muffin and the manger charged me for my extra Mc Muffin!! There context isn’t Hispanic! Everyone there is Hispanic! They are loud when I eat inside! Not customer friendly from management!
I ordered two fish sandwiches for $6 each and they were absolutely delicious! The bread was warm and soft, and overall they were great.
