No phone call was received to let me know this. Card was also charged. Done with Jimmy John's.

My customizations were mistakenly applied to my gr... read more I ordered lunch today for my grandparents and myself, and unfortunately, all three sandwiches were messed up. My customizations were mistakenly applied to my grandfather’s sandwich. My sandwich was supposed to be an unwich (lettuce wrap), but they didn’t do it right. Since I can’t eat bread, I had to scrape all the fillings onto a plate. My grandpa ordered a Club Lulu, but when he arrived, the worker at the front said it wasn’t even on the order, despite him being charged for it. They still ended up making his sandwich with the customizations meant for mine. We only received one pickle when we ordered two. Overall, we were frustrated and disappointed, and ended up throwing out more than half of our food because no one enjoyed it.

Its location near the intersection of Landmark and Veterans Parkway makes it very easy to get to.

The first time I ordered, it took over two hours for my food to arrive. After that, I chose not to order again, but I decided to give it another chance tonight. Unfortunately, I faced more delivery problems. To add to my frustration, the delivery driver was rude. I definitely won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
