My customizations were mistakenly applied to my grandfather’s sandwich. My sandwich was supposed to be an unwich (lettuce wrap), but they didn’t do it right. Since I can’t eat bread, I had to scrape all the fillings onto a plate. My grandpa ordered a Club Lulu, but when he arrived, the worker at the front said it wasn’t even on the order, despite him being charged for it. They still ended up making his sandwich with the customizations meant for mine. We only received one pickle when we ordered two. Overall, we were frustrated and disappointed, and ended up throwing out more than half of our food because no one enjoyed it.
