Insomnia Cookies - Normal

Insomnia at 11:45 o'clock. I told you later that they were from one of the cookies I ordered, so I decided to taste another. at 1:15 o'clock I called an update. they gave me a strange story about how the driver came to me, but forget my order in the load, and they said they had to call the driver to see if he planned to come back and get my order and deliver it to me. After hanging up I was still confused if I got my order tonight, so I called back a few minutes later to clarify. he gave an even more strange and confusing story about the driver and said my order was not done. I canceled my order. it was really like they only made things. no idea what's going on over there. we need to wait for delivery orders over an hour. they were also just cleaned out of all cookies for a whole week. feels like they're going out of business or something.

I used to hold this place with high regard when I first moved to Normal, but gradually the service has become worse. I went in for the first time in a while to get some cookies and a pint of ice cream. No complaints about the cookies, they came out how I wanted, but the pint was a whole different story. The worker getting my pint prepped only filled my container up halfway. His boss noticed this, told him to fill it more, but the worker blatantly ignored this, put on the lid, and handed me the container. I honestly should have have just gone next door to Theo’s if I wanted ice cream. Not planning to come back.

1 star because 0 is not available. Cookies sent as a birthday treat, stayed at home to collect so not out in the sun all day. Turn up 4 hours late, text to say warm and delicious cookies delivered by Insomnia. Thanks for the 4 hour delay, which are not warm or delicious.

I actually had a good experience regarding customer service. Everyone was super friendly to us and we loved the cookies ? They even asked me if I wanted the vegan cookies in a separate box and gave me a premium one because they ran out of chocolate chunk and didn’t realize it when they charge me. Thanks guys!!

They ended up putting my order through Uber even though I ordered through insomnia. I called and they didn't really help they said I needed to call Uber, even though I didn't place the order through Uber which they weren't understanding. I really hope the Uber driver got my tip because insomnia didn't deliver it. Waited almost 2 hours for 6 cookies because the first driver cancelled and insomnia themselves wouldn't deliver it even though I placed my order through online. It seemed really sketchy to me, and was overall a really frustrating experience.
