The customer service we experienced was the worst I've ever encountered. We visited the restaurant around 10 PM, and the cashier who took our order was exceptionally rude. I empathize with her—if she doesn’t enjoy her job, she shouldn’t take it out on customers. Best food. they love the garlic parmesan wing and their French pommes are delicious. also very satisfied with the staff!
The new management has implemented a policy against phone orders, and they rarely answer the phone. It seems there are four people working in the back and just one up front.
The food was cold, and despite asking for extra seasoning on my fries, I didn’t receive any. I ended up paying over $13 just for cold fries and a honey mustard.
