This place used to be amazing, my favorite pizza but ever since they got new ownership their quality of food and customer service has gone down hill. The pizza doesn't taste the same. Its like they don't put thesame effort in making good quality pizza. Sometimes i get the pizza with barely any sauce. Most of the workers there lackcustomer service. And their hours now are a joke! We used to get this pizza late at night and now we can't.

As a business owner this... read more Very unprofessional place , I wanted to go to our favorite place Norco pizza co unfortunately was closed since they close on Tuesdays. As a business owner this establishment seems very unethical, from the minute you call to place an order and you are onhold for 8 min and called back after no one took your order only to talk to someone that sounds like has no phone skills and isbeing force to talk on the phone is a problem!! I called for the second time to place a phone order as I?m on my way to theestablishment 14 min on the phone and the guy couldn?t get my order right repeated my self 4 times and kept on telling mesomething different from what I was ordering, definitely won?t be ordering any pizza from here ???????? I normally don?t taketime to write reviews since I have a business to run but definitely I would appreciate if they tell me if one of my employees isnot doing its job!!

Extreme price increases are also very inappropriate. We have been customers since 2007 and are now looking for another local pizzeria.
