On the plus side, the customer service is consistently great, but sadly, the food doesn't live up to the same standard.

The young ladies at the counter didn't greet me and left me waiting for about five minutes before speaking. To make matters worse, one of them completely ignored me and started sweeping the floor behind the counter in the food area, which I found disgusting. She went from touching the broom to handling the food trays with the same gloves—so unprofessional! I don’t eat out often, but I wanted to treat my husband, and after this horrible experience, I will never return. Adrian, I'm not sure if you were there, but your name came up as the manager according to one of your supposedly excellent employees. However, the females on duty who took my $9.73 could definitely use some customer service training. I’ll be keeping my receipts so I can report this matter to the corporate office. There are many people looking for jobs; if your staff doesn’t enjoy their work, maybe they shouldn’t be in customer service. I can imagine they’re all smiles on payday, though. Chipotle, you really need to do better. I took a chance despite the previous reviews, but I will NEVER come back again!

Here’s an idea: if companies were wise, they would consider lowering their prices, as many customers are starting to replicate their favorite dishes at home. The less competent businesses will seek quick profits by raising prices and cutting portion sizes, while the smarter ones will hold steady or even reduce prices to draw in more customers. This strategy would lead to a more competitive job market and, ultimately, push out the competition. Should we consider shorting $CMG?
