Fe is the best restaurant in puglia, and one of the best among all Italian restaurants, our 4th time here. compare to restaurants with or michelin reviews, fe o... read more Fe is the best restaurant in puglia, and one of the best among all Italian restaurants, our 4th time here. compare to restaurants with or michelin reviews, fe overshadowed them all. every cure is an overshadowed by kreatiw-made dress with impeccable technique. we had the new offer of the Primavera dishes, the salmon, thunfish, lobster and gnocchi stuffed with beautiful tasting. the threads between the plates were different types of caviar, and dried, intensely tastefully celestial. the dessert was a mango mouse that envelopes South American chocolate, beyond superlative. the competent service and the opportunity to talk to the chef about his art, make this our favourite restaurant in all italy!
