The service is delightful, and the setting very pleasant.... read more We truly enjoyed our meal at Franchin. The cuisine is incredibly generous, quite rich, and comforting. The service is delightful, and the setting very pleasant. To start, we had snails with plenty of parsley and garlic, just the way we like them, and a wonderfully delicate fish soup. For our main courses, the lobster and linguine with a rich and creamy bisque was exceptional and generous. The same goes for the fish, served bouillabaisse-style—quite substantial, cooked to perfection, a real treat! For dessert, strawberries with homemade whipped cream and homemade ice cream—simple, but utterly delicious! Thank you for this lovely evening and these wonderful ingredients.
