It is five stars on a relative basis fish is fresh and simply prepared with good flavor, variants like tuna tataki are done well, and service is personal. Sake is OK my own preference is for cheap and hot so met my needs. Sushi in the old town of nice is generally limited to tuna and salmon, with sometimes one or two other fish available. You won't, however, find fresh cold water uni with texture like a tongue (hard to get fresh even in sushi oriented citys). In this context Sushi lune is a great choice if you have a desire for sushi when visiting Nice. I spent extra ordering more sushi for desert it satisfied the craving. Rice was terrible, composition was not much better, accompaniments were strange and lacked taste. Service was good and friendly, though. Not recommended.
