Excellent meal with professional and polite service in a very pleasant and very French atmosphere. The prices are rather high, but given the quality, it 's truly worth every penny. Bravo to the chef and the entire team, it was an unforgettable experience!
This was our fourth visit in as many years to this fabulous restaurant. The food was excellent and service superb. We make a point of coming here every time we are in Nice and we will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful meal and evening again. . Haydn

We truly enjoyed our meal at Franchin. The cuisine is incredibly generous, quite rich, and comforting. The service is delightful, and the setting very pleasant. To start, we had snails with plenty of parsley and garlic, just the way we like them, and a wonderfully delicate fish soup. For our main courses, the lobster and linguine with a rich and creamy bisque was exceptional and generous. The same goes for the fish, served bouillabaisse-style—quite substantial, cooked to perfection, a real treat! For dessert, strawberries with homemade whipped cream and homemade ice cream—simple, but utterly delicious! Thank you for this lovely evening and these wonderful ingredients.

Great food. The Octopus was deliciously surprising. The scargots one do the best I have tried inside and outside France … and I have tried many of them). For a soursweet ending the Suzette crepes didn’t disappointed me. Fully recommended, a good balance between quality and price. Certainly a restaurant to come back.
If you want the best experience of local cusine in Nice this is the place. Franchin never dissapoints it is always the highlight of our visits to Nice. Perfect for lunch and dinner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €70–80

Fantastic restaurant. Great atmosphere and home cooked food. The beef checks with Polnta are a very nice combo especially with red wine. The terrine is better than in Paris and the lamb is excellent. But I wouldn't order the cheese plate again, a embarrassing presentation. This place is a must to visit in Nice.
We went to dinner last night in Nice and it was by far the best food of our trip! Service was great, food was AMAZING, ambience was warm and welcoming. To round it off, Chef Antoine stopped from every guest table and you could say he's passionate about what he does. 10/10 must visit!
Beautiful modern yet classic furnishings, friendly service and creative high-quality French cuisine (the pork apron recommended beef cheek). We were very impressed and would return in the future if in Nice again!

Franchin is a must!. We were visiting nice for a few days and eating in different places every night. After looking the website we booked at table for two and walk to the restaurant. As soon as we arrive ,we were already falling love with this place: loved the iron wrought entry, beautiful tiled floors and some quirky decorations around. We started with a plate of terrine and a salad the salad, we were told, had a special garlic flowers which appears only 2 3 weeks in spring. The texture, colour, flavour and presentation were so fresh yet there was enough body to it. A very satisfying plate. The main were a plate of octopus and a pot of beef cheek. The latter was like a piece of butter! Octopus was very tender and tasty.We finish the dinner with a chocolate fondant and the best profiteroles ever! We met Antoine who recommended a nice muscat wine to drink with our desserts. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, elegant decor, tasty food, sophisticated menu. We were one of the last tables to leave the restaurant and met sky, Antoine’s dog, extremely cute! Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the experience .

Another great experience at the franchisee. I went there for the first time in 2018 during a beautiful visit and I look forward to coming back. everything was as delicious and amazing as in my memory. The braided bar is not only an art work, it is incredibly well prepared and delicious. I took several friends and it was fun to see them enjoy every little bit. Nourriture française fantastique servie magnifiquement. Commandez les joues de bœuf pour le meilleur rôti maigre que vous ayez jamais eu. Commandez le bar tressé pour un poisson doux et unique parfaitement préparé. Personnel accueillant très agréable. (Avis d'origine) Fantastic french food served beautifully. Order the beef cheeks for the best lean pot roast you ever had. Order the braided sea bass for a unique mild perfectly prepared fish. Very nice accommodating staff.
