The sushi here is super fresh, and yummy. The open sushi kitchen ensures you can see the chefs prepare your sushi. They also have a menu in addition to the sushi train which have additional vegetarian options. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tbe restaurant is relatively quiet for a Newtown restaurant which is a bonus. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Kai On King:
Popped in when passing through on a purposeful visit to Newtown and found the sushi uninspiring. Tried a raw salmon and diced mango sushi but found it surprisingly bland. Tried another forgettable sushi. Wish that I'd tasted the soft crab sushi as other reviews said it is good and it appealed but after the other two sushi decided against it.Will try the a la carte menu next time.Restaurant clean, attractive and frien...
