The fire alarm... read more We had a truly weird room, which was not only dated, but had a murphy bed, a desk, a dining room table, and a coffee table. Bathroom had no fan. The fire alarm went off in the night, and no discount was extended to those of us who were inconvenienced. It was pricey, we were there for a conference, so was very convenient. The food in the restaurant takes a really, really long time, and the bar service in general is slow. Restaurant and bar have weird hours, in general. Wifi was great and in general we had a good time. Staff was kind and helpful.

While it's perfectly acceptable, the rooms themselves seem to... read more The restaurant is situated at a high elevation, reminiscent of places like Attitash and Mt. Snow. While it's perfectly acceptable, the rooms themselves seem to be from an earlier era. The lobby and hallways have undergone recent renovations, but the rooms haven't seen much updating. Since I'm visiting in the summer, the atmosphere feels a bit quiet. There are nearby activities available, including forest rallies, hiking, biking, and gondola rides.
