Description
Slider's offers a slopeside location off the Lollapalooza trail with a large wraparound deck, making it a popular lunch spot. The restaurant has been named the undefeated Best of Bethel Winner and is known for its Italian fare created by Chef Chad Davidowicz. Enjoy scratch-made soups, Grandma Capozzolo's meatballs, Artisan flatbreads, and locally made gelato. The full-service bar offers craft beers, Bloody Marys, and cocktails. Slider's serves breakfast, lunch, apres, and dinner. Reservations are available for dinner, but walk-ins are welcome for breakfast, lunch, and dinner based on availability. Please call or cancel reservations in Opentable if unable to attend the reserved time.

Food portions are insane and the service was lackluster. My brother and I were really excited to go here because it is supposed to be one of the nicer restaurants at the resort, and we were just disappointed with our meal.
Fun atmosphere. Good food. Some items are very good. Wait staff is very attentive.
Everything was very nice but they were out of Caesar Salad and salmon at 6PM which was unfortunate. But, the good news is, I tried the stuffed spaghetti squash and loved it!
Both meals that we chose were excellent prosciuto wrapped cod and stuffed spagetti squash. Nice view from our tablenwatching the groomers on the slopes. Our server was pleasant and service was prompt.
Sliders Restaurant definitely took me by surprise! Let 's be honest, ski resort food usually comes with a side of 'meh ' and a hefty price tag. But Sliders? They 're doing something right up there. The food was not only surprisingly affordable compared to some spots in nearby Bethel, but it was also genuinely delicious—a rare find at a ski area.The muffuletta sandwich was the star of the meal for me. It was packed with flavor, and the bread was something else—fresh, fluffy, and just the perfect vessel for the sandwich. The wings didn 't disappoint either; they were big, meaty, and seasoned to perfection. And let 's talk about the cheese curd fries. Calling them 'large ' is an understatement; it was like diving into a cheesy, gravy-laden dream. Basically, it was poutine italienne on steroids.Our friends were just as impressed, and it 's not hard to see why. Beyond the food, the views from Sliders are something you 'd drive out of your way for. It adds that extra touch to the dining experience that you can 't get just anywhere.Sure, the hotel is a bit of a work in progress at the moment, and the temporary outdoor bathroom situation isn 't ideal. But knowing the improvements are on the way makes it a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.All in all, Sliders Restaurant is a place we 'll definitely be coming back to. It 's proof that you can find great food, decent prices, and killer views all in one spot at a ski resort. Totally worth a repeat visit! In fact I’ve been back several times this season and each was equally good.
