We arrived at 8:30 PM hoping to get some hot chocolate for the kids, but we found ourselves waiting in line for 15 minutes while the cashier chatted with a friend. They didn't place any orders, just sat and talked. The cashier even glanced back at us but continued laughing and chatting with the person in front of us, completely ignoring us.
