The service at this restaurant is excellent and the vegan menu is impressive. The restaurant was busy with a consistent flow of customers on a Saturday evening, many of whom appeared to be regulars. This was our first visit, but we will definitely make a special trip back. What User doesn't like about Just Pho You:
I ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and vegetarian rice dish. The vegetarian spring rolls were like salad rolls with a tasty sauce. The rice dish contained sliced tofu on top of steamed rice and vegetables. It was lacking in flavor, so I added the remaining sauce from the spring rolls. Simply a very good evening dinner here summer rolls with tofu followed by tofu and sweet with teriyaki noodles. beautiful men lead this place; eating is simple, but good quality and authentic and it is quite good value for money too.
Very friendly and the pho chay was so good. Great find on the way to Portland.
Menu has vegetarian section and most items would be vegan.
A vegan friend told us about this little spot in Newberg. The staff is so friendly that they now make up our regular order when I come in for take out. They even remember my preference for no peppers. We get vegan pho with tofu and tofu salad rolls. Always fresh and consistent quality.
Waitress was very helpful. Explained the different menu items. Plenty of food in a serving.
