Wendy's - Nepean

Just be careful they are adding by their self it is the second time that it happens with me but the second time, i return it and take my money back.

This Wendy's is the worst one I've visited. I have given it a chance a few times over the years. Consistently it's just getting worse.Tonight I went there and the soda machines had leaked water or soda all over the floor (honestly very large puddle against all along the western wall of the restaurant), and was left there by staff. The water was just covered up by about five slippery when wet signs. There was no way to get any soda without soaking your feet (which I declined to do).My son and I waited over 20 minutes for our food, and in that time no staff entered the eating area to clean. there was only one table out of 15 or so empty tables that didn't have garbage all over it. The garbage cans were over-filled. It was a disgrace. Who ever is running that place needs to be replaced.

Such disgusting and appalling service. This place took a turn for the worse and I’ve never had a good experience. Management do something about your workers please. The only place where the service I get is consistently horrible. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Very inconsistent drive thru. My food is often cold and stale. Stop serving unfresh garbage that should have been thrown out an hour ago.

This Wendy’s is a life saver! We forgot to pack a garbage bag for our camping trip and they gave us a free one!
