Tried takeout here, had chicken balls, rice and chicken and veggies. Eggrolls are not included in the price listed for the combination plates. It was pretty good. It was super busy with other picking up take out. Egg rolls were really, really good. Will definitely get take out again. View all feedback.
What Роберт Стойков doesn't like about Welcome Back Chinese Restaurant:
Walked in on Saturday at 5pm to order take out (garlic chicken balls, mixed appetizers, Korean shrimp and chow mein. Was promised a wait of 20 minutes, but after 10 minutes loads of people walked in to pick up phoned-in orders, so in the end we waited for almost 45 minutes. I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years, Its consistently excellent quality. The food is very favorable and there is a wide variety. Egg rolls are open ended and without the cinnamon taste. Every Dish is good. At the time of writing this, if you dine in they have a $7.75 lunch combo special.
Have had food here for some 20 years, both in-restaurant and take-out. Good old reliable! Food is mostly Cantonese style and always hits the spot. Their open-ended egg rolls are a delight in themselves - who needs a meal? Their dinners for two are just right for a hungry middle-aged couple.

Their egg rolls are just as good as Golden Palace (reported to be the best in Ottawa) at half the price. Grab some before they raise the price.

The garlic chicken balls were oily dough balls with hardly any chicken and no garlic. Korean Shrimp presented as wrapped in dough beef bits. The bbq pork was dry and chewy. In short: it was aweful food. Not sure why so many people give it 5 stars, maybe we hit them on an off night? We won't be back.
