Mcdonald's -  Nepean,

This is the best McDonald's in Western Ottawa. The service, both inside and at the drive-thru, is consistently prompt and friendly. The menu offers the usual McDonald's options, and everything is always fresh, well-cooked, and at the right temperature—the food is never old, dry, or cold. I often take my grandkids to the enclosed play area, allowing parents to enjoy their meals while keeping an eye on the kids. I’m giving this location five stars when comparing it to other McDonald's, not to other types of restaurants. I would gladly pass by other McDonald's locations just to eat here.

Affordable entertainment for kids. The food is typical of what you would expect from a McDonald's, and the establishment was reasonably clean.

The ice machine was not working, and all the drinks were served warm. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this issue before we placed our orders.

The orders are consistently inaccurate, and the food often arrives cold or overcooked. This location really needs to improve its quality control.

Fantastic service, clean. They brought my food right to our table. I love the set up of the restaurant.
