Horrible service. Look, I am not trying to be rude, but if they don't know English, how are we gonna communicate? The woman in the phone was just horrible to speak with and understand. Please, get someone who can speak well. I understand she tried but she sounds like she hates her job. I don't blame her. But if you want to work and be able to communicate with customers, please, do it well.
