We reserved a Booth thru Open Table, but upon arrival were simply told all were full, hostess staff said reservation didn’t guarantee seating, so we could either take the available seating in sort of an outside room or stand there and wait for a booth, but they offered no time frame, didn’t apologize, and were indifferent to our frustration. Server Kelly was very good, Triple Tail excellent, Hogfish mediocre.

The service was except... read more Once again, Deep Lagoon did not disappoint. Our granddaughter and friend had a great time at one of their favorite restaurants in Naples. The service was exceptional, as always. The food was incredible, and even though I had to take my grouper home because I was too full to finish it, it made for an excellent lunch the next day.

We were seated near the bar... read more My wife and I have been dining at Deep Lagoon for the past two years, approximately 6 times. Last night, we went with some friends. We were seated near the bar on the street side at a small table for 4. Despite making a reservation through Open Table, we did not get a good table or booth. The noise from the bar and the college basketball games on the TV made it difficult to have a conversation or enjoy our meal. The service was slow and we never received the bread we asked for. The oysters were just okay, and my swordfish Napoleon was not good. I have had the same dish before and it was fresh and well-prepared, but this time it did not meet my expectations.
