Our server didn't introduce herself... read more Spanky's has a charming, old-school vibe that's a staple in Naples, but I was extremely disappointed during my recent visit. Our server didn't introduce herself to us like she did with other tables and seemed much friendlier to them. We ordered appetizers and from the early bird menu, but one of the appetizers was ice cold and frozen when I took a bite. I was so mad! Who the hell wants to bite into an ice cold mushroom. Management didn’t come to our table to address the issue, and no compensation was offered. The ribs were terrible, but at least the wings were decent.

Service was great food was good as well. 4 of us in our group and all enjoyed their meals. Very good burgers.
